Messenger Usage Disclaimers

This disclaimer describes your responsibilities when using Messagewise Pro’s integration with Facebook Messenger via Meta’s publicly available APIs.

1. No Affiliation with Meta

Messagewise Pro is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Meta, Facebook, or Messenger.

2. Messenger Platform Compliance

We strictly follow Meta’s Messenger Platform policies and guidelines. Users must adhere to these rules when using our tools:

  • Only message users who initiated contact within the 24‑hour window.
  • Use only permitted message tags and templates.
  • Respect user opt‑outs immediately if requested.
  • Do not send unsolicited promotional content outside allowed use cases.

Before messaging, you must receive user consent and permissions. We do not collect any personal data beyond what is necessary for service functionality.

4. Message Types and Restrictions

Our service enables only these standard message flows in compliance with Meta policies:

  • Standard messaging within the 24‑hour window.
  • One follow‑up message immediately after the 24‑hour window.
  • Template-based messages for specific notifications.
  • No subscription or news messaging unless eligible and approved.

  • They can block or mute messages directly in Messenger.
  • We instantly respect any opt‑out or blocking request.

Any mention of “Facebook,” “Messenger,” or “Meta” is purely descriptive. We never use Meta’s logos or branding in a way suggesting endorsement or affiliation beyond permitted reference usage.
